For those who want to experience landing in a high arctic lake, this flight is just the ticket. View the free flowing Stikine River in its untouched state, the glacier fields (LeConte Glacier is the southernmost tidewater glacier) and then fly into Goat Lake, a high arctic lake located on the mainland and not that far from Wrangell.

The plane will taxi about the lake for a good look at this wilderness area and then take off from the water and head back to town. This 45 minute to one hour flight departs Wrangell Airport.
